Orders and Shipping
All items are sent via a trackable method to ensure that proof of delivery is provided, giving the best level of security to you as a customer. All items are dispatched within 24 hours of your order. If you placed your order before 14:30pm we will dispatch your item the same day.
Items are typically delivered within 1-3 working days after we dispatch them.
If your order failed and your payment was declined it is likely that there is an issue with your card or your bank. Please check your balance and ensure that you have enough money to pay for your item or contact your bank for further information.
If you have recently placed your order and wish to change the delivery address you will have to contact us. Unfortunately it is not possible to change your delivery address once your order has been dispatched. Please send us an email at email@example.com to and we will see if we can help you.

We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All information is processed securely and safely and we use SSL encryption on our website to secure your transaction and your data.
We ship to most places but prices do vary depending on the location. Please contact us if you would like to check if we ship to your desired destination.
If you purchase more than one watch at the same time in one order, we will send all of them together in the same package. If you place separate orders for multiple items, we will send each order individually.
If you need to swap or return an item
Returns and Exchanges
We have a no quibble 30 days returns policy giving you flexibility with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to return it for whatever reason, please send us an email for our returns address.
If you received the wrong watch, we do apologise and will aim to resolve this for you as quickly as soon as possible. We will send you a returns label and also dispatch the correct watch out to you to remedy the situation.
On the rare occasion that we have sent you a damaged watch please send us an email detailing the damage to the watch. All items are quality checked before they are sent out to ensure that the battery is working, the strap functions correctly and that there is no damage to the watch, however occasionally we may miss something. Once we have details of the issue we will aim to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
If we have authorised the return of your purchase we will provide you with the returns address, or we will send you a prepaid returns label that you will need to attach to the package and drop the package off at a location that is convenient to you.
